Building and Renovation Services in Wicklow

From our base in Dublin we head south into Wicklow most weeks, along the coast through Bray and Greystones then inland towards the hills. For a builder it is a county of two halves: exposed coastal properties on one side, older cottages and sloping sites on the other.

The weather here shapes how we work. Salt air is hard on exterior paint and render. Ground that falls away from a house makes drainage the first thing to sort rather than the last. We build for the site in front of us instead of assuming what held up in a Dublin suburb will do the same on an exposed hillside.
