We can work out of hours where needed and we keep the site safe and presentable throughout. A fit out usually takes in new flooring and painting and decorating, with plastering making good wherever partitions have moved.

- Can you work outside business hours?
- Yes. Evenings, weekends and phased work are all normal for us on commercial jobs. We would far rather work around your trading hours than cost you days of business.
- How long will the unit be out of use?
- That depends on the scope and whether the space can be worked in phases. On a lot of jobs we can keep part of it trading while we work on the rest. We agree the sequence with you before anyone starts.
- Can you work to a fixed deadline?
- Yes. Commercial work almost always has a date attached, whether that is a lease starting or a reopening. We plan backwards from your date and tell you early if anything threatens it, rather than on the week itself.
- Do you handle partitioning and layout changes?
- Yes. Moving or adding partitions, making good the ceiling and floor afterwards and getting the lighting right are all part of a fit out rather than extras bolted on at the end.
- Do you cover my area?
- We cover commercial work across Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. If your premises is just outside those counties get in touch and we will let you know if we can help.
