We manage the strip out, the first fix, the waterproofing, the tiling and the fit out, then leave you with a room built to last. Most bathrooms take in wall and floor tiling and a fresh coat of paint once the dust settles. If the room is one part of a bigger project we can fold it into a full home renovation instead of running it on its own.

Common questions
- How long does a bathroom renovation take?
- Most full bathrooms take two to three weeks on site. A refresh that keeps the existing layout can be quicker, while moving plumbing or waiting on a particular tile or suite will add time. You get a schedule before we start and we tell you early if anything looks like slipping.
- How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
- It depends on the size of the room, whether the layout changes and the fittings you pick. Retiling a small ensuite and swapping the suite sits at one end, a full strip out with new plumbing and floor to ceiling tiling at the other. We look at the room, talk through the options and give you a written breakdown before any work starts.
- Do you supply the materials?
- Either way suits us. We can supply everything, or fit tiles and a suite you have chosen yourself. Plenty of clients pick their own tiles and sanitary ware then leave the rest to us. Whichever you prefer, we will tell you the quantities to order so nothing holds the job up.
- Can I stay in the house while the work is done?
- Usually yes, as long as there is another bathroom available. We protect the rest of the home and clean up as we go. If it is the only bathroom in the house we plan the schedule to keep the time without one as short as we can.
- Do you cover my area?
- We work across Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. If you are just outside those counties get in touch and we will let you know if we can help.
